Y3 residential info meeting

Dear Parents / Carers of children attending the Y3 residential,

We would like to invite you to a meeting where you will learn more about the upcoming Y3 residential to Caythorpe. During the meeting you will be told further details about the staffing, activities, food, itinerary, kit list, timings, contact details, medication requirements, etc. for the trip.

The meeting will be led by Mr Stockham as Y3 / 4 leader and residential trip leader and the other staff joining the residential will also be there to introduce themselves.

The meeting is at 5:15pm on Thursday 16th April in the KS1 hall. If you cannot make it, the slides will be shared afterwards, along with any paperwork.

In the meantime, if your child has never stayed away from home then try to arrange a sleep over with one of their friends or with a grandparent or other family member during the Easter break.  Attached are a copy of the kit list and a sample menu (please note this is unlikely to be our menu for the stay).  Finally, please note we will not have any water activities, but they will need a waterproof coat for any inclement weather.
