Year 2 Big Sleepover

Welcome the Year 2 Big Sleepover!!
Dear Year 2 Parents,
Your child is invited to join us in school for an end of Year 2 “Big Sleepover” with all of their friends on Friday 12th July.
What to bring:
Your child will need to bring a sleeping bag, a pillow, a water bottle and a backpack containing clothes to sleep in and a change of clothes for the morning and of course, their toothbrush and toothpaste. Teddy bears are also welcome! The children are welcome to bring a small packet of sweets as a sleepover treat if they wish! Please no fizzy drinks and no toys or electronic devices including phones to be brought in. Thank you.
Cost
The cost of this event is £5.00 to cover the food. Please sign up and pay via ParentMail – go to the accounts tab, then shop.
Timings
Drop off time is 6:30pm on Friday 12th July (after dinner at home). Children should be dropped off in the infant building’s main entrance.
Children will need to be collected at 8:30am on Saturday 13th via the main entrance to the infant building.
Activities
On Friday, snacks and an evening drink will be provided. On Saturday morning, breakfast pastries and fruit will be offered for breakfast.
We will be playing outside, having games inside, film and stories and hopefully getting some sleep!
Behaviour
We are really excited for this event and for making memories that the Year 2’s will never forget. With that in mind, we do reserve the right to cancel payment and attendance for any children not making good choices in school prior to the sleepover and in the event of any difficulties during the sleepover, parents will be called to collect. Please can we also ask that if you know your child has significant difficulties with sleeping through the night, to think about whether they will be successful attending this event. We thank you for your support in this and hope you and the children are as excited as we are!
