PTA Xmas Fayre

PTA - Christmas fayre donations 

Donations welcome for the PTA’s annual Christmas fayre which takes place at the Silver Band Club in Earls Barton on Saturday 7th December. Both choirs will be singing during the event and there will be an array of stalls and games on offer. 

To prepare for this, the PTA would welcome your donations of the following items: 

-bottles for the bottle tombola (can be alcohol, soft drinks, shampoo, bubble bath, perfume  – anything in a bottle! 

-raffle prizes (chocolates, gift sets, any new item which could be used as a prize) 

Donations can be brought into the school office whenever is convenient for you –

Dear Parents and Carers,

Both of our wonderful choirs have been invited to sing at the PTA Christmas Fayre this year at The Works, Queen Street, Earls Barton. We have done this previously and it makes a lovely enhancement to an already festive atmosphere.

This year the fayre runs from 11am - 3pm. Junior Choir are singing from 12.30-1.00 and Senior Choir are singing from 2.30-3.00.

Please could you complete this form to let us know if your child is able to sing at this event.

We need a good number of children to be able to attend or they will not be able to be heard!! Thank you for your support,
