Y2 Great fire of London day
Description
Dear Year 2 parents,
On Friday 19th April, Year 2 will be taking part in a ‘Great Fire of London’ experience day in school and finding out about life at the time to begin our unit. We are all very excited!
The children are encouraged to come to school dressed as they would have been in 1666.
Here is an example.
If they would prefer not to dress up, they can come in their normal school uniform please.
This event will run from 10 – 2. If any parents are free to help with the activities on this day, for all or part of the event, please let your child’s class teacher know.
It should be a brilliant day!
